We would like to invite you to our 3 week program combining
"Managing my Health Health" & "Diabetes the Basics".

This informal program is for people with, or at risk of Diabetes and/or
coronary Heart Disease.  It aims to help you to manage your health.

* Knowing your medications

* Managing Stress

* Recognizing a Heat Attack
